This page covers the Lumen marketing website at lumenlights.app, operated by Julian Cousineau. The app has a separate privacy policy.

When you visit

This website uses Cloudflare hosting. Cloudflare processes connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the site. We have not added advertising trackers, marketing pixels or website analytics scripts. The site does not save your form entries in browser storage.

When you contact us

The pilot inquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. It does not submit your information to a server automatically. You choose whether to send it. If you do, we receive the name, email address, community/company and message you include and use them to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential pilot.

Do not include passwords, financial account details, private inspection records or sensitive information in an inquiry. The email contact uses Gmail; your own email provider also processes a message you choose to send.

Your choices

You can contact julianacousineau@gmail.com to ask about, correct or request deletion of your inquiry information. We do not sell inquiry information or automatically add you to a marketing mailing list.
